If I determine that your plant cannot be revived, I’ll provide last-ditch efforts you can try, such as cutting off healthy sections for propagation. If the plant is completely unsalvageable, I’ll include a care plan for a future plant of the same variety so you can start fresh with confidence.

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a Plant Intake Form link where you can upload photos and provide details about your plant’s symptoms and environment.

Your video response will be sent within 72 hours for 1-2 plants or 7 days for 3-5 plants. If you want priority processing within 24 hrs, there is an Add-on at checkout for $25.

You’ll get a personalized video response breaking down what’s wrong with your plant(s), plus a step-by-step treatment plan to nurse them back to health. I’ll also provide long-term care adjustments to prevent future issues.

If you have follow-up questions about your treatment plan, you can reply to my response. If you need continued support, I may recommend a follow-up service for ongoing guidance.

This service is mainly for indoor houseplants, but I will accept some ornamental outdoors in pots. If you need ongoing help with growing food in containers, I will be offering a membership service for Spring 2025. If you're unsure, feel free to ask before purchasing!

Because this is a custom service, refunds are not available after 24 hours of receiving payment. The reason is that, after that point, I will start working on your diagnosis. Priority processing is also non-refundable since I begin working soon after payment. However, if you have any questions about your results, feel free to respond to my email for any clarification you need.
